Dallas Cothrum, President, Masterplan, a Milrose Company

Dallas Cothrum, Ph.D., is the President of Masterplan, a Milrose Company, the largest planning and permitting firm in Texas. He has extensive experience working on complex zoning and permitting cases, particularly multifamily projects. Dr. Cothrum frequently advises clients on municipal requirements and presents before community groups and municipal boards. He holds a doctorate from Texas Christian University and completed postdoctoral work at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, Dr. Cothrum serves on several non-profit boards and is an alumni member of Leadership Dallas.

Kimberly Byrum is the Managing Principal of Multifamily at Zonda, with over 30 years of experience in multifamily real estate development.
