Milrose was brought on to provide code and zoning consulting and municipal permit expediting services on a four-year multi-phased full renovation to Macy’s Herald Square. The renovation project consisted of a 100,000 square-foot expansion, bringing the total retail space in the flagship store to 1.2 million square-feet. Originally built in 1902, the last renovation took place in 1932.
