The Marriott Marquis, located at the heart of the Times Square underwent a $140 million renovation project led by Vornado Realty Trust. Milrose was brought in to provide code and zoning consulting services on the massive project which encompassed expanding existing retail space, and creating six-story, block-fronted, dynamic LED sign spanning the entire block from 45th Street to 46th Street on Broadway.
