Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the Roche Diagnostics Molecular Solutions is a state-of-the-art campus that serves as home to Roche's research and development, software development, and business operations team, and reagent manufacturing facility. Consisting of five buildings and a 300,000 square feet campus, the Permit Advisors team at Milrose continues to be involved with the site’s permitting process. Our scope of services includes obtaining permit approvals related to Electrical Updates, Tenant Improvements, Demo Permits, and ADA compliance. With our help, Roche reached their construction start date with zero push backs and the renovated campus is fully functional to 900 employees.
