Google’s Campus at Pacific Shores is located on the water, creating a rare work/life balance that integrates offices with recreation and nature. The campus is located on 107 acres and has multiple buildings, an amphitheater, and an athletic club. SF Codes, a Milrose Consultants company, created a permitting strategy that split interior and exterior scopes, allowing the general contractor to initiate work while planning was still under review. This was essential to meet the client’s needs for being on time and on budget.
