McCormick Compliance Consutling, a Milrose Company, was trusted to bring Amazon's office to Chicago at 222 W. Adams. The project consisted of securing permits and approvals for over 60k square feet of office and meeting space. MCC successfully processed and secured a self-certification permit, multiple alternative code approvals, as well as attended a few meetings with City officials to ensure this high profile project stayed on track.
