NBCUniversal retained Milrose to provide code consulting and municipal filing services on various projects during the multi-year renovation and restoration to the iconic 30 Rockefeller Plaza headquarters facility. The enhancement plans included the creation of the “Peacock Lounge” which serves to transport visitors into the broadcast studios as well as provide an inside look at NBC’s rich entertainment history. Milrose worked quickly to obtain multiple municipal approvals that allowed NBC to unveil the beautiful new additions to their historic headquarters during the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special.
