Milrose Consultants is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa Rivoli, SHRM-SCP, to Executive Vice President of Human Capital.

In her new position, Lisa will be responsible for leading the firm’s Human Resources team in the development and execution of a holistic strategy that integrates all of Milrose’s current and new partnerships and acquisitions under one unified company vision.

Since joining Milrose as Vice President of Human Resources in 2015, Lisa has been instrumental in instituting governance and industry best practices related to all employment management and development. As part of the firm’s senior leadership team, Lisa plays a critical role in assisting with firmwide strategic planning and overseeing the execution of critical initiatives.

In September 2019, Milrose announced a new partnership with Southfield Capital that would allow the company to significantly increase Milrose's capabilities and scale. Over the past two years, Lisa has worked tirelessly to onboard new employees, acquisition companies, and to unify corporate human resource programs and management teams in effort to achieve Milrose’s mission to become the premier national provider of construction and real estate consulting services.
