The New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2015, in observance of Christmas Day, and on Friday, January 1, 2016, for New Year’s Day.

Please remember to submit all holiday variance requests, with a letter from the building owner, at least one week in advance.
